Shipping & Delivery↓

Shipping Times

Orders(stickers,prints,small canvas) ship within 2-3 business days. Orders with larger canvas pieces and shirts ship within 5-7 business days. Unless it is a custom order. Which will be discussed via consultation.

Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers are sent via email. All limited/exclusive/paintings will request signature upon delivery.

Shipping Rates

*U.S. domestic shipping rates vary depending on weight, destination, and number of products being ordered. To see your rate, please add your items to your cart and then proceed to checkout. You can view your shipping rate before you authorize your purchase.

I am currently only shipping within the United States. International rates and fees vary depending on country and delivery address. *

Where does the Art & Merch Ship From?

I make all of my prints and canvases in house. I outsource my stickers.

Do you offer Expedited Shipping

If you require faster shipping please email me at info@creamiiart.com. It will be on a per order basis.

Return,Exchanges,Cancellations & Refunds ↓

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately,due to my artwork being custom there are &There are NO returns or refunds are given. If artwork arrives damaged please contact me.

Exchanges

There are no exchanges.. If piece arrives damages please email me info@creamiiart.com Clothing Exchanges: Shirts are made to order.

If we make an error, send a size other that what you ordered, the item is damaged, or if the item doesn't meet Creamii Arts standard. We will always do our best to make it right and ensure you receive the product exactly as you ordered it.

Cancellations

Custom Orders:

There will be a free consultation which terms and ideas are met. An invoice will be sent. There is a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit.

Damaged & Lost Items**My Artwork/Order is Lost**

If your item gets lost in transit please email us and the shipping company used to file a claim. PLease include your order number. All packages will require a signature and have a tracking number. creamiiart.shop@gmail.com . All claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. Due to the artwork being one of a kind no exchanges are given.

If we make an error, the item is damaged, upon arrival please email us creamiiart.shop@gmail.com Please send a picture of the damage and your order number and hopefully we can resolve the issue. Due to certain artwork being one of a kind there are no exchanges.

In the event of fraud there are policies in place.

Membership/Subscription Informaion

This is an adult paid service. Noone under 21 This is a side project..or hobby. New members will receive an email with their discount code and member information.

  • You must be 21+ to be s member/subscriber.
  • Each subscription is billed monthly.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • There are no refunds.
  • An account will be required to sign up.
  • Prints will be sent out at the end of the desinated month (only for tiers 2 & 3)
  • It takes about a month for a custom print to be made,highighted and prepped to be sent out.
