  ̌

I create ethereal worlds with paint.

Meet Amber Kitayama, the owner of Creamii Art. She is a semi-self taught artist and creative~ who brings to life trippy paintings and illustrations using Acrylic,Oils and Up-cycled building materials. Her art flows from her finger tips like liquid starlight creating galaxies. Each brushstroke is a whisper of from her dreams and the essence of her culture and life experiences. Every piece invites you to wander through realms uncharted. With every color and texture, Amber challenges the boundaries of the known, asking the viewer to join her in playful exploration through realms.

I started Creamii Art when I was 14 .. 15ish. “technically” I already knew what I wanted to do in life but wasn’t really sure on how the journey was going to play out. I was creating designs, planning my goals, and brainstorming for my brand, but it wasn’t easy and none of this came until I had a breakdown and got diagnosed with anxiety and depression, which made things challenging throughout high school and socially. Despite feeling exhausted, I couldn’t give up. I began having vivid dreams that I started writing down and eventually turned into art, leading to the creation of Creamii Art.

With Creamii Art each piece emerges from the distant planets scattered across the galaxies of the Creamii Art Universe. As the captain of this celestial vessel, I dispatch my crew to voyage through the depths of imagination, gathering the hidden truths and vibrant inspirations waiting to be discovered. I like using various materials, from pencil and ink for illustrations to fabrics and oils for experiments, but I mainly work with acrylics and recycled items that people usually throw away.

In addition to my artistic endeavors, I thrive on bringing people together! I enjoy organizing vibrant shows and fun fundraisers that unite our community and spark awareness for important causes, all while infusing my art into the mix to create positive ripples of change. But beyond my art career, I can think of no other way to spend my time than to be with my family; playing video games, hiking, cosplaying, going to open mics, you know the usual. Overall,Motherhood has transformed my life in the most astonishing ways. I find immense joy in raising my son and exploring the wonders of the world with him—even when the world throws us some tough moments.
